HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Oak Ridge High School...was a member of the roqwing team...as a senior, helped his team to a fifth place at US Rowing Youth Nationals in the Men's Heavyweight Pair. PERSONAL: Parker John Brooks was born on March 6, 1996 in Sacramento, Calif....he is the son of Tom and Elizabeth Brooks...will major in Interdisciplinary Humanities with a minor in Medieval and Renaissance Studies.
