What are your hours?

  • The USD Athletics Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hours may vary during the University of San Diego Academic Calendar, including intersession, spring break, summer session, and holidays.

Where are you located?

  • The USD Athletics Ticket Office is located in the Jenny Craig Pavilion, right across the plaza from Torero Stadium. If you need additional assistance finding our location, please see our directions page here.

How can I purchase tickets?

  • You can purchase tickets by:
    • Calling the USD Athletics Ticket Office at (619) 260-7550.
    • Ordering them online at our USD Tickets page.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
    • Tap Pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
      • Please note that we DO NOT accept cash at the ticket office.
How can I purchase tickets for a group?
  • To purchase group tickets, please complete our Group Interest Form. Once submitted, a representative from our office will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to assist with your request based on the information provided.
What are the group ticket rates?
  • For groups of 10 or more people: $5 per ticket
  • For groups of 20 or more people: $3 per ticket
    • For groups of 100 or more, or if you have any questions, please email us at tickets@sandiego.edu for further assistance.
How can I know about promotions and discounts for specific games?
  • To keep up with our latest promotions and discounts, simply check the top of the page for any banner notifications when browsing specific games. Additionally, you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates directly to your inbox, ensuring you're always in the loop about special offers and upcoming deals.
Can I bring in outside food and beverages?
  • No, outside food and beverages are not allowed at USD Athletics events.
When can I pick up my tickets from Will Call?
  • Tickets can be picked up from the USD Athletics Ticket Office during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.).
    • Will Call is also available at each venue starting:    
      • 1.5 hours prior to football games
      • 1 hour prior to all other sports
        • A valid photo ID is required to pick up will call tickets.

What are the entry procedures for athletic events?

  • To ensure smooth entry into any USD Athletics ticketed event, please follow these guidelines:
    • Have your ticket(s) ready for scanning upon arrival.
    • If you are carrying a bag, please have it ready to be inspected by one of our security personnel.
    • For a list of prohibited items, refer to our "Know Before You Go" page.
    • If you need to leave the venue during the event, please make sure to get a Re-entry stamp before exiting.

What does a season ticket include?

  • A season ticket provides you with:
    • Access to all home games for the designated sport(s).
    • A designated seat for the entire season.
    • First opportunity to renew your tickets for the following season before they become available to the general public.
Can I purchase additional tickets next to my current seat location?
  • If your original purchase is in reserved seating, additional tickets may be available depending on whether nearby seats are open.
Is accessible seating available?
  • Yes, wheelchair seating is available for patrons with disabilities and one companion. Additional accessible seating requests should be made at the time of ticket purchase. Efforts will be made to accommodate these requests based on availability.
When are tickets mailed?
  • Tickets are mailed upon request. Please contact the ticket office by emailing tickets@sandiego.edu or by calling the office to speak with a representative.
Where do I park for games and events?
  • Guests must pay to park in the Main Parking Structure. Parking fees are $2.50 per hour Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Pre-purchase parking using ParkMobile by selecting location Zone #1905 for the Main Parking Structure.

Are youth prices available?
  • Yes, youth pricing is available for children aged 4 to 17. Children aged 3 and under are admitted free if they do not occupy their own seat. Youth discounts do not apply to premium seats.
Are senior prices available?
  • Discounted tickets for senior citizens are available. Senior discounts do not apply to premium seats.
Is there a military discount?
  • Yes, discounted tickets are available for military members with a valid ID. Discounts do not apply to premium seats.
How do I receive my USD Student/Staff ticket?
  • All USD Students and Staff receive free entry to all USD Athletics events with a valid USD ID upon entry.
    • Staff can receive up to 4 tickets per event if they call (619) 260-7550, email tickets@sandiego.edu, or visit the USD Athletics Ticket Office during any of our office hours. 
Can I return or exchange my tickets?
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered, including for game time or date changes, except in cases of event cancellation or other extraordinary circumstances as determined by USD Athletics.
How can I view my PACIOLAN mobile tickets?
  • You can view your tickets by logging into your account at https://usdtoreros.evenue.net/signin. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email us at tickets@sandiego.edu or call 619-260-7550.
How can I add my PACIOLAN tickets to my wallet?
  • After purchasing your tickets, log in to your account on your mobile device. Once your tickets are available, you'll have the option to add them directly to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access on game day.
How can I transfer PACIOLAN tickets?
  • To transfer your tickets, simply log into your account at https://usdtoreros.evenue.net/signin. From there, you can select the tickets you'd like to transfer and follow the prompts to send them to another recipient.
