USD: This year marks the third season that Parr will run for USD cross country... Last year he finished 16th at the UNLV Invitational with a time of 30:29.02 in the 8K race... Ran in several meets as a true freshman. Prep: Ran cross country at Grossmont High School... Was named Freshman of the Year in 1999... Also lettered in track and field. Personal: Born January 22, 1985... Majoring in Political Science with a minor in History... Was named 2003 Freshman of the Year and is also a Dean[apos]s Scholarship Award recipient... Chose to attend USD for the location and academics... His identical twin brother Tim is also a member of the USD cross country team.
