COLLEGE: Played two seasons at Fresno City College...as a sophomore, he hit .322 with 11 stolen bases, and 22 runs scored in 36 games of action...went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI against West Hills Coalinga (2/22/15)...went 2-for-3 with one RBI against Riverside CC (1/28/15)...went 3-or-3 against Porterville (3/11/15)...went 2-for-2 against Porterville (3/15/15). HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Clovis North High School... PERSONAL: Daniel Gardner was born in Fresno, Calif....he is the son of Mark Gardner...was also recruited by Fresno State, UC Santa Barbara and UCLA...chose to attend USD because of the academic reputation of the university, the beautiful campus, and because of the outstanding baseball program...his father Mark played baseball at Fresno State...his mother Lori, played softball at Fresno State.
