• WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention (2016)
• WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll - (2014, 2015 & 2016)

Senior (2016-17): Competed in three races in the fall... Finished the Mark Covert Classic in 22:15.2... Competed in the USD Invite (25:53)... Ran in the Bronco Invite (24:29.5).

Junior (2015-16):
Competed in four races in the fall and posted a personal best time of 24:02.1 in the 6k at the Bronco Invite... Competed in every race in the spring with personal best times in the 5k (20:04.16), 1500m (5:15.21), and 800m (2:32.05).

Sophomore (2014-15): Competed in four races during the fall... Ran a season best time of 20:41 at the Titan Invite 5k... Also raced in the Mark Covert Invite (21:55.7), the UC Riverside Invite (20:58), and the Bronco Invite (25:38.3)... Did not compete in the spring season due to injury.

Freshman (2013-14): Participated in three races during the fall... Ran a personal best time of 25:04 at the Bronco 6K Invite... Raced in the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet in the spring, finishing in 11:46 (3K).

High School: Earned three varsity letters in cross country at Scotts Valley High School... Was a team captain her senior year... Competed in the CIF State meet all three years... Ran a career-best 20:13 5k her junior season... Also earned four varsity letters in track, where she was a team captain... Earned one varsity letter in soccer, winning the Coach's Award.

Personal: Born Sept. 8, 1995 in Scotts Valley, Calif.... On why she chose USD: "Aside from the beautiful location in the bustling city of San Diego, I could not pass up on the opportunity to compete at a DI level. In college I will strive to better myself in every aspect possible: academically, athletically, and spiritually. USD provides incredible opportunities for me to grow in all three of these areas"... Was also recruited by Willamette University, Seattle Pacific University, and Notre Dame de Namur... On making the transition from track to cross country: "As a devoted sprinter from 6th grade to 9th grade, I never fathomed the idea of running more than 400 meters in a race. Yet somehow, I became involved in cross country my sophomore year. I fell in love with the sport and have pursued this passion ever since".
