FRESHMAN (2014-15): Was limited to one race during the fall due to injury... Finished the Titan Invite in 21:21... Also missed the spring season due to injury. HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Campolindo High School where she ran for Coach Chuck Woolridge... Helped team win D-III state championship her senior season and earned "Coach Walsh Award"... Was team captain her sophomore, junior, and senior year... Ran the 5k in 19:08... Helped team win D-III state championship in her freshman season. PERSONAL: Born June 11, 1995 to Hilary and Bob Shipway in Walnut Creek, CA... Says "USD is the perfect school for me because it fits my academic needs and provides an opportunity for me to continue running in a beautiful location"... Was also recruited by Oregon, Santa Clara, Southern Oregon, and UC San Diego... Has a cousin who runs cross-country for Boston College and another cousin who plays lacrosse at St. Lawrence University...
