USD's Jason Pongsrikul knocked off UCLA's Chris Lam, the tourney's No. 3 seed, in three sets to win the 2003 ITA West Regional Championship Consolation Singles Championship this past Sunday at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. Jason Pongsrikul (USD) def. (3) #29 Chris Lam (UCLA) - 6-2, 2-6, 10-6.
