Mobile Tickets: Before You Arrive
Mobile ticketing through the USD Toreros App provides quick, secure entry on game-day. Log-in once to your ticket account to view all upcoming USD Athletics events and manage your tickets from your phone.

To prepare for game-day, we recommend:
- After receiving your tickets, add them to your mobile wallet in advance. If game times change, tickets in your wallet will update automatically.
- If attending with guests, transfer each individual their ticket before arriving.
- Charge your phone fully before heading to the venue.
- Ensure your phone’s screen is clean and readable.
How to Access Your Tickets
- Download and open the USD Toreros App on your mobile device.
- Tap Tickets in the bottom navigation bar and select Manage Tickets.
- If prompted, sign in to your USD Athletics ticket account.
Note: This login may differ from your general app log-in.
- Your tickets will appear under My Upcoming Events.
- Select Add to Wallet or Transfer to send a ticket to another user.
- Open your mobile wallet to access your tickets and have them ready to scan at the gate.
Tip: Tap “Next” and then “Done” to allow the ticket to fully download. Without this step, the wallet option may not function at entry.
How to Opt-In to Push Notifications
When setting up your preferences, look for the prompt that says “USD Toreros Would Like to Send You Notifications” and select Allow.
If you’ve already logged in, you can enable notifications through your device settings:
- Open your mobile device’s Settings
- Find the USD Toreros app
- Select Notifications
- Toggle Allow Notifications on
This ensures you receive real-time score alerts, game-day updates, and important announcements based on the teams you follow.
