67 Puts Harris In Contention at WCC's

(Madera, CA) - San Diego's Jimmy Harris is in contention at the 2004 WCC Golf Championships at Riverbend Golf Club in Madera, California. The sophomore from El Cajon and Valhalla High School posted an opening round 5-under par 67 and followed with a 1-under 71 to register a two-round total of 138. Harris and the Toreros placed fifth as a team (294-287; 581) after day one. A pair of USF golfers sit atop the individual leader board and Pepperdine leads the team competition by eight shots.
