Torero Tuesday is the University of San Diego Athletic Department's 24-hour online fundraising campaign to support student-athletes, individual sport programs and the athletic department.
This is your chance to show your Torero Pride by giving back. In return, the USD Athletic Department and student-athletes will give back through community service.
While the main focus will be on raising funds to provide the best possible experience for our student-athletes, we also aim to locate lost Torero Alumni, increase alumni participation, increase overall awareness of USD athletics fundraising and build a strong community of support.
A commitment to the community is a fundamental part of the University's culture and identity and USD Athletics has partnered with multiple organizations to provide service learning opportunities for Torero student athletes.
USD student-athletes, coaches and staff will donate one hour of community service for every $250 raised on #Torero Tuesday. When you give to USD Athletics, we give back to the community.

It's a simple idea. The University of San Diego has designated December 1 as #ToreroTuesday, to celebrate USD and welcome the arrival of our new president, Dr. James T. Harris, III. Everyone is invited to participate in this special day.
