SAN DIEGO, Calif. - USD Athletics launched it's first video of a new web series on Monday called Torero Timeout. The series will feature student-athletes across different sports interrupted during daily activities.

Senior & Co-Captain of the football team, Brian Riley was the first Torero to participate in the new series. Throughout the 60 second video Riley answered rapid fire questions without hesitation as he progressed through a workout in the USD Varsity Weight Room. The viewers learned random facts about the senior wide receiver from what pumps him up before a game to the last person he texted.

Torero Timeout will continue throughout the year for students, family and fans alike to learn a few new things about different athletes on campus. Each video will give viewers a small glimpse into where these athletes go and what they do off the court, field or water. Viewers can expect to interrupt these student-athletes all over campus, from their dorms to cafes, to classrooms to locker rooms.

The 60 second, 15 question version that was launched Monday is only part of the web series. An extended version will be published on the USD Toreros YouTube Channel.
