MEN'S BASKETBALL (7-2)

This Week: USD will head to the University of Colorado on Tuesday to face off against the 7-2 Buffs at 5:00 p.m. On Saturday, they host North Texas at 7:30 p.m. immediately after the women's team plays UT-San Antonio.

Last Time Out: The Toreros traveled to New Mexico State last Wednesday and stunned the Aggies with a 65-60 win. USD then returned home and secured a 79-51 win against Northern Arizona on Saturday evening.

Need to Know: New Mexico State had won 21 of their past 22 home games before the Toreros came to town... Against NAU, the Toreros made a season-high 13 three-pointers.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL (6-4)

This Week: USD will host the University of Texas at San Antonio on Saturday, December 16th at 5:00 p.m. in the JCP. The men's team will play North Texas after the game, beginning at approximately 7:30 p.m.

Last Time Out: After a hard loss at No. 25 California (89-64) on Thursday, the Toreros snapped their three game losing streak against Minnesota with a huge 72-69 win on Sunday afternoon. It was just Minnesota's second loss of the season.

Need to Know: Senior forward Sydney Williams scored a career-high 25 points against Minnesota, including two clutch three-pointers in the game's final minutes.

SWIM & DIVE

Next Time Out: USD hosts Northern Arizona and Cal State East Bay on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

Last Time Out: Toreros secured a second overall finish at the Husky Invitational in Seattle a couple weeks ago. USD had top-10 finishes from multiple swimmers throughout the weekend and a record setting performance by junior Alex Hubel.

Need to Know: Alex Hubel recently smashed school records in both the 100 and 200-yard butterfly. Her 2:00.29 finish in the 200 fly broke a 17-year old USD record.
