MEN'S BASKETBALL (8-3)
This Week: USD wraps up their non-conference schedule on Friday when they host Life Pacific at 7:00 p.m. inside the JCP.

Last Time Out: The Toreros went 1-1 last week. They earned a big 69-59 win at Colorado on Wednesday and then suffered a tough overtime 86-83 loss to North Texas on Saturday in the JCP.

Need to Know: The Toreros lead the nation in three-point field goal defense, holding opponents to 23.8 percent shooting from behind the arc.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL (7-4)
Next Time Out: USD is off until December 28 when they begin conference play at San Francisco.

Last Time Out: Behind 35 first quarter points, the Toreros beat UT-San Antonio 78-69 last Saturday in the JCP.

Need to Know: Junior guard Alexandra Hagen notched career-highs in points (25), assists (4) and steals (3) in last Saturday's win over UTSA.

SWIM & DIVE
Next Time Out: Next up for the Toreros is the USD Shootout January 6 at noon at the Sports Center Pool.

Last Time Out: The Toreros split their double-dual meet last Saturday, beating Cal State East Bay and falling to Northern Arizona. They had 11 swimmers combine for 21 top five finishes.

Need to Know: Kailyn Evans (100 yard breaststroke) and Alex Hubel (100 yard butterfly) each won an event in Saturday's meet.
