SAN DIEGO — Torero Tuesday, the University of San Diego's annual day of giving, is set for Tuesday, October 15, and in 2024 USD Athletics will look to build off of the record-breaking $479,000 sum it raised a year ago.

Donations made during this year's giving campaign will directly support each sport's operating budget and enhance the overall student-athlete experience at USD.

"We are tremendously excited for this year's Torero Tuesday," said Kimya Massey, USD Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Athletics. "It's been an incredible year in Alcala Park that's seen success of all 17 of our programs, and your support of them is critical as we strive to remain competitive and continue progressing towards the future. We've set a goal of raising $500,000 for our department, a total that we know will benefit all of our student-athletes both today and moving forward. We appreciate your continued support, and we can't wait to break records on October 15th."
