Biography
FRESHMAN (2022)
- Raced in six events across three distances - 1500m, 3000m and 5000m
- Set a 5000m PR and broke 20 minutes for the first time with a time of 19:52.59 at the adidas/Steve Scott Invitational
- Ended her season with a 1500m collegiate PR of 5:21.31 at the Titan Tune-Up
HIGH SCHOOL
- Went to school in her native Prague, before moving to New York City from 2017-2020
- Also competed in gymnastics, softball and dance
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Petr Sevcik and Jana Sevcikova
- Has one younger brother, Robert
- Graduated as a full International Baccalaureate diploma recipient
- National Honor Society Member
- Active participant in several things in high school, including as the deputy editor of the school yearbook and in the high school production of the musical Pippin
