What is your favorite book?
I loved the Harry Potter series because I love the magic. I have always wanted to fly or be invisible and reading about it is so exciting!
What is your favorite food in general or pre-swim meet meal?
My favorite food is ice cream! I can eat it any time of any day and my favorite flavor is mint chocolate chip.
What makes the USD swim/dive experience so unique?
The USD swim and dive team is amazing because all of the girls get along so well! Its often difficult to put 25 girls together and expect them to all get along, but I can honestly say that we are like a second family and its so much fun!
What is your favorite animal?
My favorite animal is an otter. When I was little, I loved swimming on my back so my family all called me an otter! Now I hate swimming on my back, but the name stuck and I have lots of stuffed animal sea otters at home.
Where is your favorite place to eat at USD?
I love eating at the Bistro in the evenings- I always eat outside and you can look out over the entire city of San Diego in lights!

Swimmer for the Archbishop Mitty High School in the West Catholic Athletic League ... Earned the coaches award her junior year as well as being a member of the CCS Championship team and was named the captain of her squad her senior year earning the Scholar Athlete Award at the end of the season ... Was a member of the Santa Clara Swim Club.

Born in Stuggart, Germany on September 29, 1990 to Dan and Debbie Smith ... Chose USD because she loves the campus, location, small class sizes, and honors program ... Earned a Trustee[apos]s Scholarship ... Will major in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Spanish.
