Also competed in the Mark Covert Classic (26:26.61), the Aztec Invite (27:53.43), the Capital Cross Challenge (26:03.4), and the WCC Championships (27:15.9)
Was the second Torero to finish at the WCC Championships

FRESHMAN (2014)

Raced in six of USD's seven fall races
Ran a personal best time of 25:53.8 at the Bronco Invite
Also raced in the Mark Covert Invite (27:10.6), the UC Riverside (26:29.9), the Paul Short Invite (26:26), and the WCC Championships (25:56)
Ran the 10k at the NCAA West Regionals in 33:05

HIGH SCHOOL

Attended Christian Brothers High School in Sacramento, CA where he ran for Coach Danny Delgado
Was team MVP and captain in both cross-country and track and field for his junior and senior seasons
In his senior year, he helped lead his team to state finals and became the first distance runner from his high school to advance to the state qualifier meet in over ten years
Posted a time of 16:17 in the 5k
In his junior year, he finished one spot away from qualifying for the individual state meet
In his sophomore year he was named "Hardest Working
In his freshman year he was named "Most Improved"
Also competed in track and field where he was the team's MVP and captain for his junior and senior year

PERSONAL

Born December 31, 1995 to Janet and Kevin Pedrotti in Sacramento, CA
Chose USD for the "academic commitment of the university"
Says "The people of USD were extremely friendly and inviting every time I visited campus. That made my decision to pick USD even easier. Also, you just can't beat the San Diego weather"
Was also recruited by San Francisco, New York University, Pepperdine, Holy Names, and Saint Mary's
Enjoys alternative music and is self-taught in the development of music and videos
Favorite foods are ribeye steak, pasta, and sushi
Favorite show is House of Cards
