- Earned a personal-best time of 25:10 at the Highlander Invitational (10/19/19)
- Recorded a top-50 finish (26:14) at the Mark Covert Classic (8/31/19)
- Placed 60th (26:09.36) at the WCC Championships in Van Nuys, CA (11/1/19)
- Registered a time of 32:48 at the NCAA Regionals in Colfax, WA (11/15/19), good for a top-150 finish
SOPHOMORE (2018)
- Competed in all six meets for the Toreros, including WCC Championships and NCAA Regionals
- Earned a season best at NCAA Regionals with a time of 34:30
- Ran a personal best 25:56.3 for the 8k at the Mark Covert Classic (9/1/18)
FRESHMAN (2017)
- Set the freshmen record and ran a personal best in the 1500m (3:59.6) at the Steve Scott Invitational
- Ran a personal best of 19:11 in the 6K at the Highlander Invitational
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended North Atlanta High School where he earned a combined eight varsity letters between cross-country and track
- As a senior set a school record in the 1600m (4:19) and finished fifth in state
- Other notable times from his senior year: 16:16 (5K), 9:53 (two mile) and 1:56 (800m)
- Was a scholar athlete and was given the Athletic Director's Award
- Finished third in the 800m and eighth in the 1600m as a junior
- Helped his team set a school record for XC team time in back-to-back years
- Improved his 5k time by 1:32 from his freshman to senior year
