MEN'S TENNIS (14-8, 8-1 WCC)

This Week » The Toreros will travel to Claremont, California, this week to pursue their fifth straight WCC Tournament championship. Semifinals will be played on Friday at the Biszantz Family Tennis Center and the finals take place Saturday at 10 a.m.

Last Time Out » USD completed its regular season with a pair of victories this past weekend, sweeping Pacific, 4-0, and earning a dramatic, 4-3, comeback victory at Saint Mary's.

Need to Know » The Toreros claimed their fourth WCC regular-season title in the past five seasons.



BASEBALL (18-22, 7-11 WCC)

This Week » The Toreros continue their eight-game road swing at UC Irvine on Tuesday evening, with first pitch slated for 6 p.m. They'll travel to WCC opponents, BYU, for a three-game series starting on Thursday at 5 p.m., followed by a Saturday contest at 5 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m.

Last Time Out » USD hosted Fullerton last Tuesday and earned a 10-4 victory. They began their road swing at Pepperdine where they dropped all three decisions.

Need to Know » Paul Richan allowed just one hit over 5.0 innings and totaled 126 pitches with 85 going for strikes (67 percent) in his most recent outing at Pepperdine.

WOMEN'S TENNIS

Last Time Out » USD honored senior, Colomba DiFilippo, and made sure her final match as a Torero was a memorable one as they earned a 4-0 victory against Pacific.

Need to Know » The Toreros victory against the Tigers was their fifth shutout of the season.



SOFTBALL (25-21, 4-5 WCC)

This Week » USD returns home to host Loyola Marymount this weekend with three games on tap. The Toreros play at noon and 2 p.m. on Saturday and noon on Sunday.

Last Time Out » The Toreros battled through a tough weekend, dropping all three games at Pacific.

Need to Know » USD concludes its regular season with six straight home games. The Toreros will play a three-game series against the top two teams in the WCC this season, LMU (April 28-29) and BYU (May 4-5).

MEN'S CREW

This Week » San Diego will travel to Rancho Cordova, California, this weekend for the WIRA Championships.

Need to Know » Last year at the WIRA Championships, a quartet of Torero freshmen - Simon Finnie, Max O'toole, Sam Jones and Evan Nassar - won the freshman four event.

MEN'S GOLF

Last Time Out » USD played host to the WCC Championships this past week at the Carlton Oaks Golf Club in Santee, California, and placed seventh overall.

Need to Know » Dalton Hankamer finished the tournament tied for ninth at 1-under par, becoming the first Torero to finish among the top-10 since 2015.



TRACK AND FIELD

This Week » The Toreros will participate at the Adidas/Steve Scott Invitational on Saturday in Irvine.

Last Time Out » USD competed in three different events over the weekend. The Toreros registered 11 personal best times at the Mt. Sac Relay and Bryan Clay Invitational.

Need to Know » The Torero women's 10k runners had a strong showing as all earned personal best times during the week.
