- Ran a personal best time in the 6k at the Highlander Invitational (19:34)
SOPHOMORE (2016)
- Competed in three races in the fall
- Finished the Mark Covert Invite in 28:40.7
- Completed the USD Invite in 29:22
- Ran the Bronco Invite in 28:34.2
FRESHMAN (2015)
- Ran a personal best time in the 8k at the Bronco Invite (27:23.6)
- Also competed in the Mark Covert Classic (28:56.89), the Aztec Invite (31:03.33), and the Pepperdine Dual Meet (15:05 in the 4k)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended the Sonoma Academy where he earned four letters in track and three in cross-country
- In his senior year was the Coastal Mountain Conference (CMC) champion in the 3200m with a time of 9:56
- Helped his team with the CMC championship in his junior and senior seasons
- In his senior year ran the 1600m in 4:39 and the 800m in 2:07
- In 2014 was runner-up in the 1600m and 3200m
- Was team captain in both cross-country and track for two years

- Born to Paula Duran and Jeff Rosen
- Chose USD for the location, size, and engineering program
- Was student body president his senior year of high school
- Enjoys Bruce Springsteen and has seen him in concert seven times
- Worked as intern in at the This Week in Tech (TWIT) TV network
