Senior (2016): Competed in every race in the fall... Ran a personal-best time of 26.18.6 at the Bronco Invite... Finished 69th overall at the WCC Championships (28:05.8)... Finished the 10k at the NCAA Westen Regional in 33.57.

Junior (2015): Competed in six of the team's seven races in the fall... Ran a season-best time of 25:56 at the Bronco Invite... Finished 65th overall at the WCC Championships (28:03.7)... Clocked a time of 34:35 in the 10k at the NCAA Western Regional... Also raced in the Mark Covert Classic (27:29.38), the Aztec Invite (28:33.43), the Capitol Cross Challenge (26:32.5).

Sophomore (2014): Competed in six of the team's seven races in the fall... Ran a season-best time of 25:53.8 at the Bronco Invite... Posted a top-five time among USD runners in five races... Finished 55th overall at the WCC Championships (26:02)... Also raced in the Mark Covert Classic (27:54.9), the UC Riverside Invite (26:23.2), the Paul Short Invite (26:25)... Clocked a time of 34:35 in the 10k at the NCAA Western Regional... An honorable mention selection to the WCC's All-Academic team with a 3.44 GPA.

Freshman (2013): Competed in six of the team's seven races in the fall... Ran the team's top 8k time at three events: Mark Covert Classic (26:51), West Coast Invite (25:40), and WCC Championships (25:47, 44th place overall)... Had a personal-best 25:30 at the Bronco Invite... Also clocked a 33:17 10k at the NCAA Western Regionals... Raced at the Stanford Invite (26:48).

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner at Riverside Poly High School... Named Most Valuable Runner three years in a row... Ran a 4:28 1600m his senior year... Took first place in Mt. Sac Individual Div. I Varsity Blue Heat his junior year... His team tied for the league championship and participated in CIF... Was team captain... Also lettered three years in track.

Personal: Born July 24, 1995 in Jacksonville, Fla.... Chose USD because his mother and aunt are alumns, the "amazing location in America's best city and the prestigious NCAA Div. I university"... Was also recruited by Pepperdine University, Whittier College, Florida Institute of Technology, and Concordia University... Served as a school delegate to American Legion's California Boys State 2012... Father attended the U.S. Naval Academy.
