SOPHOMORE (2015)
- Ran a personal best time of 26:14.7 at the Bronco Invite
- Also competed in the Mark Covert Classic (26:46.39), the Aztec Invite (28:17.17), the Capital Cross Challenge (27:07.4), and the WCC Championships (28:20.7)
LAST COLLEGE
- Attended St. Olaf College in Minnesota for his freshman season
- Took 32nd place at the MIAC Conference Championships
- Helped team finish second at the 2014 NCAA DIII National Championships
- Helped team finish fourth in the 2015 NCAA DIII Indoor Track & Field National Championships and fifth in the Outdoor Championships
- Recorded personal best times in the 5k (16:04.4), 8k (26:42.4), indoor 1600m (4:30.76), and outdoor 1500m (4:09)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended the Charles Wright Academy where he ran for Coach Ryan Johnson
- Only competed during his senior season and was the 2013 Nisqually League Champion and Team MVP
- Earned a 10th place finish at the 1A West Central Districts
- Finished in 29th place at the 1A State Championships (17:05.85, 5k)
- Ran the 1600m in 4:46.97 at the Nisqually League Meet
- Ran the 800m in 2:07.41 at the 1A Tri-District Finals
- Also competed in basketball and golf during his sophomore and junior seasons

- Born in Great Falls, Montana
- Chose USD for the academic rigor, Jesuit mission, and the opportunity to participate in athletics
- His uncle Tony played football at Harvard and his cousin runs cross-country at Williams College
