USD women’s rowing Head Coach Kim Cupini is excited to welcome Steve Baranoski to the coaching staff. After three years as an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s rowing programs at Wesleyan University (2011-14), Baranoski has been spending the last couple years as head coach for the Princeton National Rowing Association, a high performance junior program in Princeton, New Jersey.
“I am excited to be back coaching at the collegiate level and to be working with a great coaching staff and talented student athletes,” Baranoski said. “I feel privileged to be able to work with Coach Cupini, and learn from her and add to the success she has built here at the University of San Diego."
“It is great to have Steve here at USD coming off his success and experience at the junior and collegiate levels,” said Head Coach Cupini. “I am excited for him to work with our student athletes with his belief and commitment to develop the rowers on and off the water.”
