Biography
JUNIOR (2022-23)
- Competed in one cross country event for the Toreros
- Also competed in four track meets for the Toreros
- Set a 5k PR of 22:18.7 at the UCR 41st Annual Cross Country Invitational
- Had a season best 800m time of 2:35.35 at the 2023 Triton Invite
SOPHOMORE (2021)
- Competed in two events for the Toreros
- Finished 21st at the USD Invite with a 6K time of 25:32.3
FRESHMAN (2020-21)
- Did not compete in the sole cross country meet for the Toreros
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
- Was a multi-sport athlete participating in track and field, swimming and basketball
- Served as a three-time captain of the basketball team and the track and field mid-distance captain
- Qualified for the EBAL and NCS Championships in 2018 and 2019 in track
- Named a North Coast Section Scholar Athlete three times
- Recognized for her work in the classroom, being named a four-time CIF Scholar-Athlete
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Tim and Bridget Holt, has three siblings Cailin, Aislinn and Tegwyn
- Dad played college football at Southern Connecticut State University and coached in the NFL for the Buccaneers, Bears and Raiders
- National Honors Society member and four-year Principal’s Honor Roll member
- Enjoys cooking and baking, going to the beach, spending time with family and taking her dog for walks
- Has lived in four different states
- Chose USD because, “I loved the environment, the location, and Coach Guarino’s coaching style and the team atmosphere.”
