- Competed in six meets for the Toreros
- Placed 11th (22:50) in the USD Invite (9/13/19)Â
- Finished in the top 25 of two other events, including seventh at the Highlander Invitational (10/19/19), when she ran a personal-best 21:07
- Recorded a 30th-place finish (21:51.97)Â at the WCC Championships in Van Nuys, CA (11/1/19)
- Ran in the NCAA Regionals in Colfax, WA (11/15/19), registering a time of 21:53.9
SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
- Competed in five cross-country meets, including WCC Championships and NCAA Regionals
- Ran a personal best 17:50 at the Highlander Invitational (10/13/18)
- Earned a personal best in the 5000m at the Occidental Invitational with a time of 17:30.88
- Finished 14th overall and ran a career best 4:44.03 in the 1500m at the Steve Scott Invitational (4/26/19)
FRESHMAN (2017-2018)
- Part of team that set the freshman and school record in the 4x400m (4:02.7) at the Steve Scott Invitational
- Ran a personal best in the 1500m (4:47.95) at the Steve Scott Invitational
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Rio Rancho High School in New Mexico where she earned four varsity letters under Coach Salomon Gonzales
- As a senior, helped her team win the 6A State Championship, finishing in 11th place
- Took eighth place in state as a junior
- Received the following awards: Leadership Award (SR), Anchor Award (JR), Inspirational Award (SOPH) and the Most Valuable Runner Award (Freshman)
- Helped her team win the district championship all four years and the metro championship three times
- Also earned four varsity letters in track and set a school record in the 800m (2:15) and the 1600m (5:07.57)
- Helped her team set a school record in the 1600m medley relay (4:07.74), running the anchor leg
- Earned the following awards in track: Scholar Athlete of the Year (2016), Track Athlete of the Year (2016), Most Valuable Runner (2015) and Newcomer Award (2014)
PERSONAL
- Born March 5, 1999 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Kelly and Bill Klein
- Chose USD for the athletics, academics, fantastic reputation and the Catholic culture
- Was also recruited by the University of New Mexico
- Has been running since the 4th grade
- Plays the ukulele and is learning guitar
- Has traveled to Poland and Italy for World Youth Day
- She is scared of snakes
