Biography

FRESHMAN (2025)

  • Appeared in three races for the Toreros 
  • Made her collegiate debut at the Aztec Coastal Classic (August 29), completing the 5K course in 20:50.8
  • Competed in The Master’s Invitational (September 20) and finished with a time of 24:57.6
  • Recorded her best 6K time of the season at the Highlander Invite (October 18) at 24:15.7

HIGH SCHOOL

  • Attended Arroyo Grande High School where she was a four-year varsity cross country and track and field athlete with three years as a captain
  • Earned three all-league awards in cross country and four all-league awards in track and field
  • Contributed to the school record in the 4x400m relay at 3:56.0
  • 2023 Blue and Gold Award for being a team leader, demonstrating the core values of AGHS athletics 
  • Cross Country MVP in 2024 and 2025 Eagle Legacy Award
  • Placed second at the USATF Youth Nationals
  • Graduated in the top 10 of her class with AP Honors and honor roll all four years
  • Part of the Yearbook Club, a finalist for the 2024 Fine Arts Awards and a CSF Lifetime Member 

PERSONAL

  • Daughter of Adam and Tracy Laurent 
  • Her father, Adam, was an All-American cyclist at UC Santa Barbara before racing professionally and as an Olympian
  • Chose USD because of the great team energy and Will Guarino's coaching philosophy
