-MPSF Scholar Athlete (2016)

Junior (2015-16): Had career best time in the 100 free (56.12) at the MPSF Championships... Also competed in the 200 free (1:59.04), 500 free (5:16.08), and 100 back (1:02.96)... MPSF Scholar-Athlete (3.73).

Sophomore (2014-15): Did not compete.

Freshman (2013-14): Had team-best time in the 50 Back (25.99)... Had season best times in the 200 & 500 Free & 100 Back at the 2014 MSPF Championships.

High School: Was a four-time all-conference swimmer at Rosemount High School... Swam a 5:11.24 in the 500-yard freestyle at NCSA Junior National as a senior... Team captain her senior season... Holds team records in the 200 medley relay and 400 free relay... Clocked an 18:29.57 1650 free at the Rochester President's Day Invite as a junior... Also swam with Blackline Aquatics.

Personal: Born May 25, 1995 in St. Paul, Minn.... Chose USD for the science program, great location and the swim team... Was also recruited by Seattle University and the University of Puget Sound... Her sister, McKenzie, swam at USD.

What is your most memorable swimming/diving moment? Why?
My most memorable moment was swimming the 400 Freestyle Relay at the High School State meet in 2013. It was sad because it was my last race as a high school athlete, but the relay swam so well. It was nice to end my high school swimming career with such a nice race.

The moment your coach stops talking to you, you should be worried.
