Sophomore in 2003-04: Continues to be a strong swimmer for the Toreros in the Freestyle and distance events... Swam into 13th place in the 1650 yard Freestyle with a time of (18:04.15) at the PCSC Championship meet... Clocked in at (4:48.97) to place 16th in the 400 yard Individual Medley and took another 16th place finish in the 500 Freestyle (5:15.98) at the league championships... Out swam the competition in the 1650 Freestyle (17:45.91) against Northridge to take first place in the event... Posted the 2nd best time for any Torero with a time of (10:32.73) in the 1000 Freestyle against UCSD... Placed 17th in the 1650 Freestyle at the Irvine Speedo Cup (17:58.90)... Took 2nd place against University of Nevada-Reno in both the 1000 Freestyle (10:43.34) and the 500 Freestyle (5:18.72).

Freshman in 2002-03: Proved to be one of the fastest distance freestyle swimmers for USD as a true freshman... Posted Torero team top-3 times in both the 1000 yard and 1650 yard Freestyle events... Placed 5th overall in the 1650 Freestyle (17:37.85) at the 2003 PCSC Championships... Placed 10th overall in the 500 Freestyle (5:09.40) at the league championships... Won the 1000 yard Freestyle outright with a time of (10:29.19) against Pepperdine and Nevada... Posted a top- 3 finish in the 500 Freestyle during the same meet... Also out swam the competition in the 1000 Freestyle (10:32.42) against Fresno State.

Prep: Attended Mercer Island High School in the Seattle area... Swam and was also a member of the school[apos]s water polo team... Was honored as the team[apos]s captain as a senior... Was a scholastic All-American as a prep... 2nd team all-state in water polo... 3rd place in the 25K US Swimming Open Water Championships where she earned All-America honors.

Personal: Also recruited by Pepperdine, Washington and Nevada among others out of high school... Came to USD for the weather and the city of San Diego... Born on January 23, 1984.
