Biography
Sophomore (2015-16): Swam career best times in the 100 breast (1:09.93), 200 breast (2:34.00), and 200 IM (2:26.08) at the MPSF Championships.
Freshman (2014-15): Competed in the Bulldog Pentathlon and LMU meet... Swam the 100 breast in 1:13.89 and 200 breast in 2:40.57.
High School: Attended St. Francis High School and Laurel Springs High School... Career best times in high school: 107.78 (100 yard breast; Husky Invitational), 2:19.75 (200 yard IM; Clovis), and 2:49.92 (200 yard breast; Far Westerns)... Swam for the Arden Hills Swim Club.
Personal: Born November 22, 1995 in Roseville, Calif. to Loretta and Steven Sellers... Chose USD for the location, education, and for the swim team... Was also recruited by Cal Lutheran... Her older sister Paige is on the USD swim team... Notes she likes to sing, take pictures, and dance.
What is your most memorable swimming/diving moment? Why? My most memorable moment was when I got my first Sectional cut because I had worked hard for years for that day.
Describe yourself as an athlete and as a student. I'm a very hard worker and my studies are extremely important to me as well.
What piece of coaching and/or personal advice has stuck with you over the years? "They never said it would be easy, they said it would be worth it."
What do you see yourself doing in ten years? I see myself owning my own business and being a great photographer.
