Biography
FRESHMAN - XC (2024)
- Competed in three races for the Toreros
- Made her collegiate debut at the Mark Covert Classic (Aug. 31), completing the 5K course in 20:31.5
- Shaved off 90 seconds in USD’s other 5K race of the season at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 13) at 19:01.9 good for 39th
- Completed her lone 6K race of the season at the Highlander Invite (Oct. 19), finishing in 23:42.6
FRESHMAN - TRACK (2025)
- Competed in five races for USD
- Made her collegiate track debut in the 3000m, finishing the race in 11:22.29 and in seventh place during the Riverside City College Invite (Feb. 28)
- Of her three 5000m starts on the season, logged a PR of 19:08.70 at the Aztec Invitational (March 21-22)
- Completed her first collegiate 1500meter race in 5:25.23 at the Vince O’Boyle Invite (March 29)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Newport High School
- Was a team captain as a senior
- Ran an 18:46 5k at the 2023 WIAA district meet
- Second team All-Kingco where she finished 13th overall at the 2023 4A Kingco cross country race
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Cathy and Brad Gagne, born in Bellevue, Wash.
- Loves to eat sushi and steak
- Ran a marathon during her sophomore year of high school
- Enjoys going to the beach, going on walks, trying new restaurants and other parts of San Diego
