SENIOR (2021)
- Ran in seven meets for the Toreros
- Finished in the top five in the 5000m at the Anteater Distance Twilight
- Recorded a podium finish (2nd) in the 5000m at the Franson Classic
- Finished 9th overall in the 10K at the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Finished 8th in the 5000m at the WCC Distance Carnival
- Placed 12th in the 1500m at the Azusa Last Chance Twilight
JUNIOR (2020)
- Did not complete the 2020 season due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
- Competed in all six cross country meets, including WCC Championships and NCAA Regionals
- Broke a school-record in the 5k and recorded a personal best at the Highlander Invitational with a time of 17:08
- Won the USD Invite with a time of 21:58 in the 6K, an entire 30 seconds faster than the next runner (9/15/18)
- Ran a personal best 21:03 at NCAA Regionals
- Competed in seven track meets for the Toreros
- Earned a personal best in the 3000m at the Aztec Invitational (3/22/19)
- Won the 10000m with a personal best 35:22.57 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/18/19)
- Ran a personal best 2:15.15 in the 800m at the Steve Scott Invitational (4/26/19)
- Finished in the top 20 in the 5000m at the Occidental Invitational, earning a personal best 16:57.84
FRESHMAN (2017-18)
- Set freshmen records in the 1500m (4:35.4), 5km (17:22) and 10km (35:52)
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Kings High School where she was a league champion and set the school record in the 5k
- Qualifed for state in her senior year
- Improved her time from 19:23 as a sophomore to 18:02 as a senior
- Also competed in both indoor and outdoor track all four years
- Holds school records in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m in indoor track and the records for the 1600m, 3200m and 5k in outdoor track
- Also helped school records in the 4x800m (indoor) and 4x1600m relays (outdoor)
- Her 4x800m relay team took second in the indoor state finals and third in the outdoor state finals
- She took second in state in the 3200m (indoor) and sixth in the 1600m (outdoor)
- Qualifed for the national outdoor meet in the 5k with a time of 17:13
PERSONAL
- Born January 22, 1999 in Boise, Idaho to Bonnie and Kent Rasmussen
- Chose USD because of its balance between athletics and academics
- Her father Kent played water polo for UC Davis
- She has lived in six states
