Biography
SOPHOMORE (2024-25)
- Competed in 10 races during the track season, but did not compete during the cross country campaign
- Began the season with a personal record and a third-place finish in the second heat of the 800 meters at 2:21.39 during the Riverside City College Invite (Feb. 28)Â
- Set a personal record in the 1500m at 5:02.12 during the Aztec Invitational (March 21-22) Â
- Logged her first heat victory of the season, finishing the 1500 meters at 4:54.61 during the Triton Invitational (April 4-5)
- Registered a second-straight win with the fastest time in the field and a PR reset in the 800m at 2:19.11 during the Leopard Distance Carnival (April 18)
- Also at the Leopard Distance Carnival, Dow placed second in the 4x400 meter relay along with Curry, Gaspar and Betlach at 4:03.4, which was the third best 4x400 meter relay time in USD program historyÂ
FRESHMAN (2023-2024)
- Competed in seven events across six track meetsÂ
- Recorded a personal-best time of 2:22.19 and a third place finish in the 800m at the Triton Invitational (April 5)
- Logged a personal best in the 1500m at the Leopard DC Carnival Meet (April 12) with a time of 5:02.95, which was also a third-place finish
- Registered a PR in the 400m at the UC Irvine Steve Scott Invite (April 27) with a time of 1:01.78.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Principia Upper School in MissouriÂ
- Placed fifth at state during her senior year with a PR of 59.3 in the 400m
- Set a PR of 2:24.53 in the 800m
- Also ran for the St. Louis Warriors Track Club
- Also played varsity volleyball
