Biography
JUNIOR - XC (2024)
- Competed in all six races for the Toreros during the cross country season
- Recorded her fastest 5K time at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 13), completing the course in 18:40.0 to finish 26th overall and fourth on the team to help USD place third in team scoring
FRESHMAN - XC (2022)
- Competed in two cross country events for the Toreros
- Set a 5K PR of 19:50.6 at the UCR 41st Annual Cross Country Invitational
FRESHMAN - TRACK (2023)
- Also competed in five track meets for the Toreros
- Competed in the 800m and 1500m at the 2023 Triton Invite setting a 1500m PR of 4:59.39
HIGH SCHOOL
- Four-time First Team All-Conference honoree in cross country
- Three-time First Team All-Conference honoree in track & field
- Won the conference meet's 800m and 1600m her junior year
- Seven-time state qualifier across cross country and track & field
- Six-time All-Region honoree across both disciplines
- Earned several team distinctions, including as a team captain, six team MVP's, three Rookie of the Year honors and the Coaches Award
- Won several top club competitions including the 5000m at the Michigan Catholic and Fruitport Invitationals
- Also a three-year competitor and one-time team captain in lacrosse
PERSONAL
- Daughter of Donald and Noreen Duba
- Is the youngest of five sisters
- Mother, Noreen, ran collegiately at Butler University
- Has an aunt who also ran collegiately at Western Michigan
- Graduated with a 4.42 GPA and was a National Honor Society member for two years
- Michigan High School Athletic Association Scholar Athlete Scholarship honoree
- Division II MHSAA Academic All-State selection in 2021
- Gold Academic Award and Honor Roll for every high school semester
- Served as her class Vice President for three years
