• WCC Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll - 2012, 2013, & 2014
Senior (2014-15): Competed in four races in the fall... Ran a season best 5k time of 19:59.4 at the UC Riverside Invite... Also competed in the Mark Covert Invite (21:15.4), the Bronco Invite (24:15.4), and the Titan Invite 5k (20:19). Junior (2013-14): Did not compete in the fall... In the spring, had season best time in the 1500m at the Aztec Distance Carnival (5:20.20)... Had season best time in the 800m in the final meet of the year when she ran a 2:23.71 in the Oxy Invite (5/12/14)... Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll selection (3.87). Sophomore (2012-13): Ran the team[apos]s best 5k time at the UC Riverside Invitational (19:30)... Also raced in the Triton Classic and the Bronco Invite... During the spring track season, established a personal best in the 1500m at the SDSU Aztec Invite (5:08.56)... Competed mostly in the 1500m during the spring... Named to the WCC Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll with a 3.85 GPA. Freshman (2011-12): Had the team[apos]s top time at the Fullerton Invite with a 6k run of 23:51.6... Finished in 63rd place at the WCC Championships (6k; 23:44.0)... Clocked her season-best 6k time of 22:39.4 at the UC Riverside Invitational... Also competed in the Stanford Invite (6k; 24:14.0) and Bronco Invite (5k; 19:30.8)... In the spring track season, competed primarily in the 800m, running a season-best time of 2:22.80 at the Occidental Invitational... Also competed in the 400m, 4x400 relay and 5000m... Named to the WCC Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll with a 3.87 GPA. High School/Prep: Attended Hinsdale Central High School, earning a total of seven varsity letters for head coach Mark McCabe; three in cross country and four in track and field... As a senior, set a personal record with a time of 18:34 in the three-mile at the cross country State meet... Won the Red Devil Athlete Award during her senior year, while also being an IHSA Scholar and All-Academic as a junior and senior... Was named All-Conference at the sophomore level... Notched a PR in the 800m with a time of 2:19... Was a state qualifier in the 4x800 in 2010 and in the 4x400 in 2011. Personal: Born June 14, 1993 in Downers Grove, IL.... Daughter of Ben and Anna Kuckertz... Chose USD because she got to know the campus and the area very well since her sister, Jennie, went to USD and it offers most of the academic areas she is interested in... Her sister, Jennie, ran cross country at USD and her other sister, Elaine, competed in cross country and track at Brown University... Has five sisters and has never been outside the US, but dreams of visiting Venice... She works as a lifeguard during the summer and loves spending time outdoors running, being at the pool, or hanging out with friends. Major: Spanish
