SOPHOMORE (2021)
- Participated in three meets for the Toreros
- Recorded a personal best in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay invitational
- Recorded a personal best in the 800m at the UCR Invite
- Finished 18th in the 1500m at the WCC Distance Carnival
FRESHMAN (2020)
- Did not complete the 2020 season due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
HIGH SCHOOL
- Captain for cross country (2018) and track (2019)
- District Champion in the 1600m (2017, 2018)
- Regional runner-up in the 1600m in 2019
- Qualified for Cross Country State Championships in 2017 and 2018
- Finished in the top 10 at state in the 1600m (2018)
- Named cross country MVP in 2018 and 2019
- Number one runner for Berkeley Prep in 2017 and 2018
- Was a part of the 2018 and 2019 Track District and Regional Championship team
- Qualified for Track State Championships in 2018 and 2019
- Finished second in the 4x8 with a time of 9:29.85 at State Championships (2019)
- Named track MVP in 2016, 2017 and 2019
- Also competed in swimming earning Academic All-American honors as a district and regional qualifier

PERSONAL
- Daughter of David and Lea Avery, has two siblings, Madison and Paris
- National Honor Society member in high school
- Served as a prefect at Berkeley Prep, which entailed mentoring lower divisions and finding ways to serve the community
- Hobbies include hot yoga, kickboxing and thrifting
- Outside the track is an aspiring surfer who loves long-boarding, tennis, and avocados
