Victor Browne

Victor Browne joined San Diego in the fall of 2021 as USD's Assistant Director of Compliance. In July of 2024, he was promoted to Director of Compliance. 

Prior to joining the Toreros, Browne served as a Project Attorney at Motley Rice, LLC working in collaboration with other attorneys in the Opioid Litigation. Browne also served as an intern for The Citadel in the Compliance Office. 

A 2019 graduate of Charleston School of Law, Browne was a member and Associate Symposium Editor for the Charleston Law Review, and was a member of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society. 

Browne is a former student-athlete, playing soccer at Waynesburg University. He graduated in 2016 with a degree in Political Science.
