SAN DIEGO – No. 36 San Diego heads to the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Center to take on No. 11 USC on Thursday at noon PT.

The Toreros (4-3) will look to bounce back after a tough loss last week to San Diego State. The Toreros fell behind early against the Aztecs but mounted a strong comeback and nearly completed it but fell just short in the final match of the day.

The Trojans (7-3) dropped a 4-2 decision at No. 4 UCLA earlier this week.

There will be some familiar faces when the teams square off, as the players competed in multiple matches during the fall season. USD players completed against seven of USC’s 12-member roster during the fall season.

It will be the third top-25 team the Toreros have taken on this season, going 1-1 in previous matches with a win against No. 10 TCU and a defeat against No. 24 Duke.
