Prep: Attended Fallbrook High School in the San Diego area... Did not play baseball as a prep senior... Played for Fallbrook as a junior helping the team win the Avocado League title... Played for the San Diego Gamer club team helping them to a 52-4 record... 2001 AAU National Champions with the Gamers... In 2000 played with USD sophomore Mike Bass on the 2000 AAU National Runner Up Gamer squad.
