High School: Prepped at Clovis West HS and played football under coach Jim Hartigan... Was named to 2nd-team All Tri-River Athletic Conference during his senior year... Team posted a record of 10-3 and was a CIF runner-up.

Personal: Born on April 6, 1989 in Fresno, CA... Parents are Keith and Laura Micheli... Chose USD for its good academics, great football program, and amazing location... USD President[apos]s List... Also recruited by Murray State, UC Davis, Occidental College, and Gannon University... Enjoys reading, baseball, watching movies and motorsports... Aspires to teach high school history and coach football... Father played football at Fresno State (1977-78).
