HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Moorestown High School...was a four-year member of the men[apos]s rowing team...as a senior, he was invited to the junior men[apos]s National Team Schulling Selection Camp...in his senior year he finished sixth at the World Indoor Rowing Championships (CRASH-Bs) in the junior men[apos]s lightweight event...as a junior, he placed fifth at the US Rowing Youth National Championships in the men[apos]s lightweight 4+ event...he also finished third in the Stotesbury Cup Regatta in the men[apos]s lightweight 8+ event as a junior...in his sophomore season, he placed first at the Stotesbury Cup Regatta in the men[apos]s JV 4+ event...as a freshman, he placed third at the Garden State Scholastic Championship in the Freshman 8+ event. PERSONAL: Will Roman was born on April 26, 1995 in Bensalem, Pennsylvania...he is the son of Joe and Parry Roman...chose to attend USD because of the strong academic reputation, the San Diego weather, and because of the rowing program...notes he is an Eagle Scout.
