Set a record for most career assists at Westview HS
In his senior year named Senior of the Year and to the All-CIF second team
In his junior year was named Varsity MVP, Junior of the Year, to the Palomar League First Team, and to the All-CIF second team
All-Academic selection three years in a row
Also played volleyball for one year and was named Most Inspirational
Played for the San Diego Soccer Club where he was their player of the year
Helped them win the Disney Cup and finish second in the National Premier League

PERSONAL

Born August 20, 1998 in San Diego to Sheri Hughes
Chose to attend USD for the opportunity to play soccer while getting a degree in biology
Was also recruited by UC San Diego and Johns Hopkins
Plans to attend medical school in hopes of becoming a surgeon
Enjoys playing volleyball and hanging out with friends
Has multiple family members who have participated in collegiate sports: his mother Sheri played soccer at UC Irvine, his father Timothy played soccer at Scranton, his aunt Theresa played soccer at San Diego State, his aunt Krissy played soccer at USD, and his cousin Nicholas currently plays baseball at Oral Roberts
