Biography

Freshman in 2002: Started in 10 of the Toreros 21 games, including San Diego[apos]s first round NCAA Tournament game against USC (11-15)... Posted a team-best four shutouts while saving 40 shots on the year... Allowed just eight goals in over 900 minutes of play on the season... Over six WCC matches and five starts, Bobbit surrendered only two goals, ranking her third in the league in goals against average (0.50)... Recorded her first career shutout against Long Beach State (9-15)... Saved five and shutout San Francisco (10-18)... Saved a season-high six and shutout UC Irvine (10-31)... Earned a 5-3 overall record.

Freshman in 2001: Redshirt as a true freshman.

Prep: Comes to USD after a stellar high school career at Rancho Bernardo... First team all-CIF selection and a first team All-Palomar league selection for three straight seasons... As a senior Bobbitt was named Rancho Bernardo[apos]s Athlete of the Year and the Palomar League Player of the Year... Awarded team MVP as a senior as well... As a sophomore she earned Union Tribune Athlete of the Week honors... Played for the San Diego Surf club team where she helped the Surf reach the State Cup final for two straight years and contribute towards a regional finals appearance also.

Personal: Majoring in Business Administration at USD... Chose to attend USD because of the coaches and location... Was also recruited by SDSU, Louisiana State, Nevada Las-Vegas, and Loyola Marymount... Born on July 1, 1982.
