TOREROS OPEN UP PRACTICE OCTOBER 18TH: Head coach Kathy Marpe and her staff will have their first official practice this coming Saturday, October 18th, as they prepare for the upcoming 2003-04 campaign. The Toreros will practice on both Saturday and Sunday between 12 noon and 3pm. The Toreros will practice at the USD Sports Center on Saturday, then be back in the Jenny Craig Pavilion on Sunday. San Diego will then be off on Monday, and follow their usual practice schedule Tuesday through Friday. Tuesday-Thursday practices will be from 11am-1:30pm, and Monday-Wednesday-Friday practices will be from 4:15pm-6:30pm. USD will play two exhibitions leading up to their opener against UC Santa Barbara on Nov. 15th. On November 1st the Toreros will host Point Loma Nazerene at 2pm for their exhibition opener. USD then travels across town to face UC San Diego at 2pm on November 8th.
