SAN DIEGO — San Diego women's basketball will face off with UC San Diego this fall in the Inaugural National University Bill Walton Classic at Pechanga Arena, Sports San Diego announced this week.

The Toreros' matchup with the Tritons is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, with the game time to be released at a later date.

November's crosstown clash will mark the first meeting between USD and UCSD in women's basketball in more than a decade, and will offer a preview of a future West Coast Conference matchup ahead of the Tritons' entry into the WCC in 2027-28.
