USD WOMEN'S TENNIS FALLS TO #14 FRESNO STATE, 6-1
(San Diego, CA) -- The 61st-ranked USD women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to 14th-ranked Fresno State today at the USD West Tennis Courts. Torero sophomore Emma Murphy, ranked 60th in the nation, was the lone USD player to win. She defeated Lucia Tallo at No. 2 singles, 6-1, 6-0. FSU's Jelena Pandzic, ranked 14th in the nation, beat No. 98 Lauren Perl at No. 1 singles, 6-2, 6-0. The Toreros fall to 4-5 on the season and will host Princeton tomorrow at 1:30 p.m.
