Buying Tickets

Where to buy, what we accept and who qualifies for a discount.

How can I purchase tickets?
  • Online through the USD Tickets page
  • By phone at (619) 260-7550
  • In person at the ticket office during office hours
What payment methods do you accept?
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
  • Tap to pay, including Apple Pay and Google Pay

The ticket office does not accept cash.

Are youth, senior or military discounts available?
  • Youth: discounted pricing for ages 4 to 17. Children 3 and under are admitted free if they do not occupy their own seat.
  • Seniors: discounted tickets are available.
  • Military: discounted tickets are available with a valid ID.

None of these discounts apply to premium seats.

Do USD students and staff get in free?

Yes. USD students and staff are admitted free to all USD Athletics events with a valid USD ID at the gate.

Staff can also request up to four tickets per event by calling (619) 260-7550, emailing tickets@sandiego.edu or stopping by the ticket office.

How do I buy group tickets?
  • Groups of 10 or more$5 per ticket
  • Groups of 20 or more$3 per ticket

Fill out the Group Interest Form and a representative will reach out within 24 to 48 hours.

For groups of 100 or more, email tickets@sandiego.edu.

How do I hear about promotions and discounts?

Watch for banner notifications at the top of the page when you are browsing a specific game, and subscribe to the newsletter to get offers by email.

Your Mobile Tickets

Every USD Athletics ticket is digital.

How do I view my tickets?

Log in to your account at usdtoreros.evenue.net/signin, then select My Tickets and My Upcoming Events.

How do I add my tickets to my phone's wallet?

Once your tickets are available, log in to your account on your mobile device and choose the option to add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Pro tip: Save your tickets to your wallet before you leave home. Entry stays quick even if cell service is limited on campus.

How do I transfer tickets to someone else?

Log in at usdtoreros.evenue.net/signin, select the tickets you want to send and follow the prompts to transfer them.

Can I have my tickets mailed to me?

Tickets are mailed on request. Email tickets@sandiego.edu or call the office to speak with a representative.

Game Day

Parking, will call and getting through the gate.

Where do I park for games?

Most events use the Main Parking Structure. Softball uses the lot beside the Reggie Smith Softball Complex.

  • Weeknights after 7 p.m. and all weekendFree — no permit or payment needed
  • Weekdays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Main Parking Structure$21 for the day or $3 per hour
  • Weekdays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., softball lot$18 for the day or $3 per hour

Pay at a station in the lot or through the ParkMobile app. In ParkMobile, the Main Parking Structure is Zone #1905.

When does will call open?
  • Football1.5 hours before kickoff at the venue
  • All other sports1 hour before the start at the venue
  • Ticket officeMonday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A valid photo ID is required to pick up will call tickets.

What should I expect at the gate?
  • Have your ticket ready for scanning when you arrive.
  • If you are carrying a bag, have it ready for inspection by security.
  • If you need to step out during the event, get a re-entry stamp before you exit.

Can I bring outside food and drink?

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at USD Athletics events.

Season Tickets & Seating

What a season seat includes, and how seating requests work.

What does a season ticket include?
  • Access to every home game for the designated sport
  • A designated seat for the entire season
  • First opportunity to renew before seats go on sale to the public
Can I add seats next to the ones I already have?

If your original purchase is in reserved seating, additional seats may be available depending on what is open nearby. Contact the ticket office to check.

Is accessible seating available?

Yes. Wheelchair seating is available for patrons with disabilities and one companion.

Make any additional accessible seating request when you purchase, and the ticket office will accommodate it based on availability.

Can I return or exchange my tickets?

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not offered, including for a change in game time or date, except when an event is cancelled or in other extraordinary circumstances determined by USD Athletics.
