SAN DIEGO – San Diego men's tennis won their second conference match of the season over San Francisco (1-4) Saturday afternoon, 5-2.

The Toreros (5-2, 2-0 WCC) played out seven matches, earning both the doubles point and four wins in singles play.

Nico Borter and
Gui Osorio earned the first win of the day in doubles with a win over Ryan Marker and Paul Giraud 6-1.

Guus Koevermans and
David Norfeldt finished the job to clinch the win at the No. 2 position. They defeated Nitzan Ricklis and Romeo Jivraj 6-3.

Holmgren took an early win in singles, with a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Giraud at the No. 2 spot.

At the No. 4 position,
David Norfeldt brought to the Toreros to a 3-0 lead when he defeated Romeo Jivraj 6-1, 6-2.

Dufort clinched the win for USD, 4-0, with a victory over Oz Daniel at the No. 6 spot and a final score of 7-5, 6-2.

The Toreros played out the match gaining one more point from
Gui Osorio at the No. 1 spot and losing at the No. 3 and No. 5 positions.
