SAN DIEGO – No. 30 San Diego will look to clinch the WCC regular-season title outright on Saturday at 1 p.m. PT when it plays host to Pacific in its regular-season finale.

The Toreros (17-4, 7-1 WCC) clinched at least a share of the regular season title last weekend with a pair of victories at Loyola Marymount and Pepperdine. USD has won five of the past six WCC regular-season titles and secured the No. 1 seed in next week's WCC Tournament.

USD will also honor its lone senior,
Pratt Keerasuntonpong, prior to the match against the Tigers (6-15, 3-5 WCC). Free tacos will be available for fans during a portion of the match.

The Toreros have won 11 of its past 12 matches and are coming off a gritty 4-2 win against the Waves this past Sunday.

USD got off to a strong start in doubles play, earning decisive wins at No. 1 and No. 2.
Joel Gamerov and
August Holmgren, ranked 56th nationally, defeated Adrian Oeztbach and Tim Zeitvogel at No. 1, 6-2.

Gui Osorio and
Nico Borter secured the doubles point with a 6-2 win at No. 2 against Enrique Luque Rico and Corrado Summaria. Osorio and Borter won their third straight match to improve to 13-6 in dual matches and 6-1 in WCC play.

Noah Dufort doubled the Toreros lead in singles with a 6-1, 6-2, victory at No. 6 against Scotland Garapedian.

The Waves (10-11, 4-3 WCC) got on the board with a win at No. 3.

Osorio, ranked 57th nationally, responded shortly after with a 6-3, 6-1, victory at No. 2 against Summaria to put USD up, 3-1. Osorio has won 11 straight matches and improved to 17-3 in dual matches.

Pepperdine picked up a second point with a win at No. 4 to pull back within one, 3-2.

Norfeldt ensured the Toreros final regular season road match ended in victory with the clinching result at No. 5, 3-6, 6-4, 6-0. He improved to 5-0 in WCC play and has won four consecutive matches.
