MALIBU, CA – Five members of the San Diego men's tennis team competed at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Southwest Regional Championship this weekend. Sacchitt Sharrma, David Norfeldt, Will Davies, Alex Stater, and Marvin Schaber were among the invites.
 
Slater advanced to the round of 32 after a bye and a defeat of Grand Canyon University.
 
In doubles play, Norfeldt/Schaber and Davies/Sharrma both earned wins in the round of 32 before falling in the round of 16.
