Women’s Tennis Defeats WSU Before Falling to UC Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, CA – In two matches this weekend, the University of San Diego women's tennis team defeated Washington State, 4-1, before dropping a 5-2 result at UC Santa Barbara.
 
Freshman Claudia De Las Heras earned two wins at No. 5 singles, while junior Victoria Kalaitzis won twice at No. 6 singles.
 
San Diego's record now stands at 5-2 on the season.
